'before' and 'after' care
A patch test may be required 48 hours prior to several of our treatments performed at The Willow Room. A patch test involves putting a small amount of the mixed dye / lash glue / solution / wax onto the skin, either on the inside of your elbow or behind the ear. This is to ensure that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients used in our products. If you have had a patch test at another salon you will still need a repeat test, as different brands may cause a different reaction. Please call to arrange a patch test otherwise unfortunately we will not be able to perform your treatment.
After your treatment, it's so important to make sure you follow the correct aftercare advice to achieve longevity from your treatment, and also to ensure that you don't encounter any post-treatment issues. Always ask your therapist if you have any questions or concerns.
